Zend_Whois rewrite

Hehe, a year doesn't end for me without writing some new code. Today I have rewritten Zend_Whois to support IPv4 and IPv6 ip addresses, as well as added all known top level domains.

The current state is now checked into SVN at http://zend_whois.svn.dasprids.de
